We always invoke _clockPtr->GetTime() to attach creationTime to a datatype being sent to an output pin, using SetCreationTime(TIME creationTime). TIME is defined as __int64.

However, when using _localtime64_s() function to convert that creationTime, the result is not the system clock time.
Can we explain that?

In fact, we need a meaningful timestamp to associate with a patient's data received from SHIMMER. We tried to use GetCreationTime() but no luck as described above.
